Kindness goes a long way....Ephesians 4:32

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Its been a while....Thank you for all the encouragement and all the love. We here truly appreciate it.

Today I feel compelled to share with you a life lesson I learned a long time ago. It's fairly simple. Be kind to others. Kindness goes a long way.

Sometimes we may not know how much our acts of kindness might affect the other person or even ourselves. Have you ever thought about how it may even affect your grandchildren or your great grandchildren or future generations to come? We honestly don't know the great impact our simple acts of kindness truly has.

So I implore you today to be kind to others no matter how small the act may be. It will make you feel better and it doesn't take anything from you, in fact you are storing up blessings in heaven. It doesn't cost much if anything to be kind. While being kind also remember to do it with a good, clean heart and with all sincerity. Be true in being kind.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Eph 4:32

God bless you. If this was a blessing to you, please share.

May God be...

Someone shared this with me and I thought it was absolutely beautiful.

Every night we go to bed, we have no assurance to wake up the next morning but still we have plans for tomorrow, that's called HOPE.

Hope this was a blessing to you.

God bless you!

"Anyway" - Poem by Mother Theresa

This poem is believed to have been written by Mother Theresa. It speaks volumes about continuation. Continuing to do that good thing that you are doing that others may not see value in, may ridicule or may destroy, however you must continue. Do not let set backs stop you from progressing and living your life to the fullest. Do not let what others perceive of you stop you from doing the good that you are doing, continue. They called Jesus names and even accused Him of being the devil but did that stop His ministry? No it didn't because He knew His purpose and it was greater than what others thought or believed. He knew He was doing God's will and that all that mattered. So be encouraged. Continue to do the good and to do the will of God because in the end, you have to give an account for yourself.

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
Be blessed.

Progressing continuously in Christ

Happy new year everyone!

I know, I know, I'm quite late. I do apologize. I pray that in this year and the many more years that God blesses us with, that we will continue to grow in Him and be more Christ-like. I pray that all your dreams, hopes, desires come true this year and the years to come. Just put them before God and He will surely grant you the desires of your heart. Have faith in Him.

As a new year approaches, of course many of us will make resolutions. These resolutions are sometimes be based on things we may not have accomplished in previous years that we would like to accomplish this year. Or we may be inspired and have new goals and dreams. But imagine for a minute having

Our Battles Are Spritual Ephesians 6:12

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

     Our battles are not with each other but with the forces of darkness. We can not see them, we cannot touch them and definitely physically fighting them will be in vain. Therefore we do not fight with the people whom we can see but with the evil forces we cannot see. Although sometimes the people who are causing us harm, are physically apparent but the force or spirit that is driving them or has control over their lives is not visible.

     Therefore, stand and let God fight our battles. The only way we can win our battles is by the mighty hand of God. In 2 Chronicles 32:8, Hezekiah, king of Judah, encouraged the people and reminded them of this profound fact eventhough the Assayrian army had more men than theirs, he told them, "With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles." God is indeed the only one who can fight our battles and win, no matter what the odds are. What we can do is make sure our feet are firmly grounded in His word, we are praying without ceasing and
